Presently, the apartments have been built on a base level. The finishing date expected is June, 1st, 2008. The price per square meter is € 800, and the payment process is divided into 3 stages:
30% of the price on signing preliminary contract, 50% of the price should be paid by the end of March, 2008 and 20% on the apartment being transferred to the new owner with legalized living permission and notary transfer as well.
The apartments’ areas are from 60 to 75 square meters (including terraces, corridors, etc.) and there are two on a floor. The finishing works and any extra requirements are subject of agreement with the client.
