Bulgaria’s Razlog Turns Into Golf Property Centre
Golf courses and the nearby located facilities and vacation complexes turn out to be the new interest of real estate investors in Bulgaria.Such complexes have already appeared close to Bulgaria’s leading summer and ski reports.Razlog, located close to Bansko winter resort, turns out to be the fastest developing golf property destination in the country, 24 Chassa daily reported.The municipality hosts six golf courses. The first major golf complex, Pirin Golf Holidays Club is under construction. Apart from golf facilities, the centre will have one-family houses, villas and a hotel. Investment in the project will reach 120 million leva.Pirin Golf and Country Club is another project in the sector. It already received a first class investor certificate and funds allocated to the construction will reach 130 million leva. Project execution has not started yet but will be carried out within three to four years.Over the past year numerous Bulgarian and local investors decided to develop the Razlog area.
