 Two local convenience store chains, one regional and one national, will be acquired by new owners, Dnevnik learned from market sources. The information was confirmed by the targeted companies. Food retailer Familia, owned by investment fund Equest, is about the conclude the acquisition of Varna-based counterpart Burlex, confirmed Equest managing partner Georgi Krumov. Foreigners, citizens of EU member-countries could apply for municipal concillor positions in Bulgaria, decided Bulgaria's Parliament today, after passing the changes in the Local Elections' bill.
